Arkham Horror LCG - Sleeved Card Agenda and Act Deck Holder

I really liked the look of the act deck holder that was created by praabjerg (follow the "Remixed From" link) but I didn't like that it was two tiered. Using the generously provided source files, I created this version that only has a single tier. In keeping with the original, I've also included the .blender file for this version in case anyone else wants to make more tweaks. This is printable with no supports and can be rotated to fit on a 220x220 print bed.
