This is a GoPro session mount, the idea is you bolt it in so you cant lose it in a crash. The GoPro door still opens with the bar secured in place. As you can see I have given it quite the beating and it has never dropped the GoPro You will need: 4x M3 screws to secure the mount ot the frame 4x M3 washer to go between the screw and TPU to reduce the chance of ripping out the screws 1x M3 35mm Standoff to secure the GoPro in 2x M3 Screws to attach the stand off
