This Armchair is called Edd and is part of the Edd furniture collection by DFS. It is a classic yet simple and elegant style armchair. Appropritate real life dimensions. Up to 4k high quality textures. Includes: the sofa material (basecolor), and pbr wood textures. Everything is set up in the blend file but the textures are available in the separate zip file so you will be able to use them in every other 3D program. Very good for archviz scenes, or even games, as it isn't too high poly.
