This is a collection of 50 items, consisting of furniture and bathroom equipment. Real-world-size units used: Centimeters COLLECTION These 50 models are organized in separate files, all labeled accordingly, with a PDF catalog provided. FORMATS MAX (3ds Max 2014 V-Ray scenes) FBX (Multi Format) OBJ (Multi Format) 3DS (Multi Format) DAE (Multi Format) LEVEL OF DETAIL and USAGE These models can be used for various purposes: real-time visualization, games, Unity, UE4, CGI exterior rendering, and architecture. GEOMETRY The model's mesh is of high quality, with a clean edge flow. The geometry has been carefully tested for holes, flipped normals, and overlapping polygons. The mesh is low-poly, making it easy to add details, edit geometry. PRESENTATION IMAGES All preview images were rendered using V-Ray. Wire images were created with VrayLightMtl + VrayDirt for testing purposes. MATERIALS JPG textures are provided in a separate archive. All objects are UV mapped, and materials are named correctly. ADDITIONAL NOTES No third-party plugins are required to use these models.
