Armenian Duduk

Armenian Duduk

The Armenian duduk is claimed to be one of the oldest still-used wind instruments in the world, originating from Armenia, and always made using aged apricot wood. It is a double reed instrument, and a precursor to modern oboes. This model is modelled exactly from a real duduk, except it does not have an accurate inside profile for the reed as I found that unnecessary to make it look naturalistic from outside.
