Arsenal Clock

###For the Gooners out there, this is my version of the clock at Arsenal's Emirates Stadium. ###It is for laser cutting on 5 sheets of black A4 card joined together. ###Your CNC machine needs to be at least x=640mm y=510mm ###It uses a cheap clock mechanism you can get on Ebay for about £4 (search for 'clock mechanism') ###The card I used is 160gsm. (search Ebay for 'A4 black card') ###When you convert to gcode, you need to cut the red lines before the black lines. ###Don't output the yellow lines (they are just a guide for how to arrange the sheets). ###Line up the sheets edge-to-edge (don't overlap). ###The blue/purple lines in the hands are score cut only (to crease the paper to make the hands stiff) ###The minute hand is pink so you can cut that last. ###The hands have 7 layers on the 'blunt' end, in order to keep the weight balanced near the pivot, and adds stiffness and thickness. ###There are 2 versions of the file: One is exact A4 size (210 x 297mm) and the other is slightly bigger (212 x 297mm) (which is what I have). ###Use the one that matches your card stock, otherwise the minute hand will not line up entirely within the sheet ###I created this in Sketchup 2020 (the last version that works on Windows 7) and have included the sketchup file. ###Note: The diameter of the holes in the hands match with the clock mechanism I have. Yours may be different.
