This is an insert that can be used to convert any device that runs on Ryobi batteries to run with a DC power adapter. I specifically used it to convert an Artic Cove misting fan to DC power. The design includes slots with holes for inserting the positive and negative wires with clips. I removed clips from a battery compartment of an old toy to use with this.
