Articulated Claws

Some other similar articulated claws are available on the internet, but those were all too big and long for me. I needed them to be just a bit longer than my actual fingers. I made the model to fit MY hand. It will be just fine for some of you. You can try to scale it up or down if needed. If you scale them be sure to scale all parts for one finger or else you may encounter difficulties during assembling. Also keep in mind that the joint axis needs the same scale factor than the finger it is used for. Joint axis needs to be glued or melted in place. One axis is enough for one finger. Use clippers to cut it to the right length. Check file naming convention among the uploaded pictures. Index, middle and ring fingers are the same with one part exception at the ring finger. Thumb, and pinky is different. Assembly video at my instagram profilehttps://www.instagram.com/p/CJtQNDgjPbS/ I've made this cosplay prop for Valgaav. He's a half-ancient dragon, so these are dragon claws. I also sew a glove to hide the mechanics. If you like it please check ot my instagram page.
