Articulating LED Lamp Swivel

***Updated 17-Feb-20: Swivel updated to v2_r1 (previous version was prone to fusing), tension band v2 added (tightened up by about .5mm - if v2 is too tight, I've left the original file here too)*** This is a swivel I designed to allow for more freedom of movement and positioning with IgorF2's articulating LED lamp. It is comprised of 4 parts: a swivel piece, two arm halves, and a tension band. The swivel piece has recesses which allow the arm halves to be inserted and glued. Depending on which arm type you are already using, you can either use both male, both female, or one of each with the swivel. I split the short arm right down the middle, but any of the arms could be remixed to fit if you have a need for it (such as one longer than the other, etc). Or, if you don't want to print another arm, just cut an existing one in half on a band saw (can confirm that this does work). The tension band piece should be printed in something like TPU or similar (flexible) such that it slides tightly over the swivel so after positioning the lamp would stay in place. It may not be necessary for all setups, and you could also forgo this part entirely and just put some super glue or epoxy on the swivel to permanently set the angle (but what fun would that be?) I've also included an extra model, "Larger Lamp Holder" which is designed to use a cheap, readily available from hardware stores light socket that you can just glue/epoxy right into the holder. It was designed to fit sockets such as <a href="https://www.homedepot.com/p/Leviton-Bottom-Turn-Knob-Socket-Black-R50-04155-051/100356978"> this one </a> (which happens to have a built in switch) from the Home Depot, but any with a 32mm diameter will do. If you use the one with the switch, there is a shroud file that should fit to cover the wire connections, but this is an older model that I made awhile back and may need some fine tuning.
