I was annoyed by the last loud piece on the printer and exchanged the 40mm fan with a 60mm one. Screw it to the housing from the inside with M3 bolts and fix the 60mm fan into place with M4 bolts. Had to solder the fan to the existing wire. Used a 24V/1.5W fan which is way more comfortable to hear.
