Artillery hornet Air Duct

Artillery hornet Air Duct

thingiverse

Description: This is an air duct designed specifically for the Artillery Hornet 3D printer, which can provide better suspended printing performance. We have optimized the design of the air duct by using two 5015 fans instead of the original two 4010 fans, which enhances the air flow. Additionally, we recommend using PETG material to print this air duct, as it is more heat-resistant than PLA and can support higher temperature printing. The air duct consists of an air duct seat and an air duct. The design of the air duct seat is inspired by the head of a hornet, which looks very cool. The air duct can be adjusted up and down to fit different heights of the printer's hot end, including the volcano hot end. In addition, the air duct seat has holes reserved for installing BLTouch and ADXL345 accelerometers, making it convenient for future printer upgrades. By sharing this design, we hope to help everyone print higher-quality suspended structures and improve the efficiency and reliability of 3D printing. Printing Suggestions: Material: PETG Infill: 50% Support structures: None
