Features: -ONLY for Titan Extruder + Volcano (aka stock setup) -Adjustable mount for fine tuning fit in both X & Z axes - TPU vibration dampener option for reduced vibration & noise - 96% efficient for 5015 fans - Fan Cable management - Hex Nut or Threaded Insert Versions (both included as .zip) BONUS we came up with out own take on cooling the extruder down with a 40x40x10 fan and a guide finger for the ribbon cable. See those in the STEP file zip folder --> "BONUS" for all of the files Printed Parts: -1x RH Duct -1x LH Duct -2x Fan Clips -1x LH Fan Bracket -1x RH Fan Bracket -BLtouch Adapter Bracket -Wire Tie -TPU Vibration Dampener insert (optional) What's needed: (2) 5015 Fan (4) M3 nuts for mounting adapter bracket (12) M3x8 screws (2) M3x14+ screws (1) M3x25+ screw (1) M3x30+ screw (6) threaded inserts or M3 nuts Assembly Instructions: 1.) Insert your brass inserts or M3 nuts into the parts with heat gun or soldering iron (for inserts only) 2.) Mount the sliding pivot plate to the ABL mounting bracket using 4 M3 nuts and M3x8 screws 5.) Attach both bottom pivot brackets to the fan duct using 2 M3x8 bolts each & insert fan securing with M3x25 6.) Insert Wire Tie Clip into Sliding Bracket 7.) Attach your fan to the sliding bracket with M3x30 & M3x14 bolts 8.) Secure fan wire to wire tie clip and plug into X1 daughter board port 9.) (Optional) Attach your ABL probe to the ABL bracket and then to the ABL mounting bracket using a M3x14 bolt NOTE: you will need to set your new Z-offset in your firmware NOTE2: you will need to update your ABL offsets in your firmware to match below ABL offsets Volcano: X=+0, Y=-46 We also have other ducts you can view the full collection here!https://cults3d.com/en/users/JLDesigns3D/creations
