90x25x25mm z leveling blocks / towers These are used to roughly level the X-carriage bar on the Z axis of the Artillery Sidewinder X1 prior to homing and manual bed leveling. It is possible to do this with only 1 but I would suggest printing 2. How to use: 1 Raise your z axis 15mm-20mm from the home position. 2 Turn the motors off. 3 Loosen your Z sync belt on one side 4 Move the extruder to the center of the X axis by hand 5 Insert the blocks underneath the x axis rail. 6 Manually turn your threaded rods until the X-carriage bar is snug on both sides. **DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN YOU Z SYNC BELT.** 7 Tighten your Z sync belt without turning the threaded rod. The belt should only be snug enough not to skip teeth **DO NOT OVERTIGHTEN YOU Z SYNC BELT.** 8 Use the motors to raise the Z axis up 5mm and remove the blocks. Do NOT remove the blocks until the motors are turned on, you will unbalance your Z-axis* 9 Home and re-level your bed
