Artist D - BMG Extruder mounts

Here are the mounts I made to replace the quite frankly disappointingly awful stock extruders on my Artist-D. These mount two (non mirrored work fine with these), BMG direct drive extruders to the existing Extruder plates on the Artist-D. These have been through a few iterations, and i have updated these models with the final tweaks I needed to do to my own printed versions. Note these are designed to be used with the "melt in" Brass threaded inserts. You need 8 M4's and 1 M3 for the endstop extender if not using mirrored BMG's If you are going to do this mod, please DO NOT mix up the right and left Extruder boards. if you do you will fry the Fan and Thermister traces on all of your ribbon cables. Ask me how I know :( (these can be repaired by soldering wires to the un-toasted sections and bypassing the tracks) I printed these out of PC, but PETG or ABS would almost certainly work fine!
