Artist D - BMG Extruder mounts

Here are the mounts I made to replace the quite frankly disappointingly awful stock extruders on my Artist-D. These mount two (non mirrored, no idea if mirrored would work ok with these), BMG direct drive extruders to the existing Extruder mount plates on the Artist-D. These have been through a several iterations at this point, mostly part cooling related. Note, these are designed to be used with the "melt in" Brass threaded inserts. You need 8 M4's, 4 M2's for the part cooling fan mounts and 1 M3 for the endstop extender (if not using mirrored BMG's.) If you are going to do this mod, please DO NOT mix up the right and left Extruder boards. if you do, you will fry the Fan and Thermistor traces on all of your ribbon cables. Ask me how I know :( (these can be repaired by soldering wires to the un-toasted sections and bypassing the tracks) I printed these out of PC, but PETG or ABS would almost certainly work fine! i don't recommend using PLA, but it might be fine.
