Brackets for mounting rotary encoders to a generic equatorial mount. The encoders are driven by gears mounted to the RA shaft hex nut and the 12mm counterweight shaft. The encoders are clamped to the body of the mount and to the counterweight shaft holder. A 5mm shaft passes through each encoder and the smaller gear is pressed on one end to mate with the larger gear. Each shaft is supported by bearings pressed into the brackets and covers. I do not know the brand and model of my equatorial mount, but you might be able to remix these brackets and gears to fit your particular mount.
