ASG Dan Wesson 715 Classic grips

These are replacement grips for the ASG Dan Wesson 715 6mm airsoft or 4.5mm/.177 cal BB revolver. Both guns share identical frames so it will work on either. IMPORTANT NOTE! These grips are designed for the ASG Dan Wesson 715 model only. These will not work for the Wingun 'dan wesson' model which does not say 715. Please look at the pictures to ensure that you have the correct model. It is easy to tell from the shape of the frame around the hammer. The wingun model has a much chunkier frame. These replicate the classic style checkered grip seen on S&W and DW revolvers, instead of the overmold rubber type which the gun comes with. The grips mount to the gun using the screws from the original grips (different screws are shown in the picture simply because i lost the originals). You will also need four 4-40 x 1/4" socket head cap screws, which act as the anchors that hold the removable left grip panel on. These screws should have a head diameter of .180" to .190", which is the standard size. The grips have socket holes for fitting medallions. Any 1/2" circle will fit. A "K" medallion is included with the files, though it is left open to allow for personalization. They should be printed separately and glued in place. This is also so they can be painted a different color if desired. There are also holes in the center diamonds, these can be filled with a screw head, or the included printable screw head, which can be glued in place. Some fitting may be required, and a small amount of sanding may be required to match the exact curvature of the back of the frame (this is because the print accuracy between different printers and different filaments is too varied to be accounted for, so it is slightly oversized so it can be sanded exactly) The print may be wet sanded to smooth out layer lines, and a coat of satin, semigloss or flat paint is recommended to even out the surface finish.
