Ashley Bed Frame Insert.

<p>I had a matching Ashley Furniture bedroom set. The set is over 15 years old and no replacement part are available. One of the casters on the bed frame shattered one evening. Upon inspection 2 of the other casters had cracks in them and three of the caster inserts were broken. I had a hard enough time last year find rated casters with a universal 3/8" pin to replace them. The inserts that came with casters were too small and I could not find any ones the right size. I bought some oversized nylon inserts and proceeded to shave them down with a utility knife. The first one came out alright but barely stayed in the frame. The second one was way undersized and its modification resulted in superglue and a bandage for my index finger. While doing some renovations in the bedroom the bed was disassembled. </p><p>I took dimensions from the the broken inserts and designed an insert in Tinkercad that didn't require a brim or supports. This was printed with 100% infill with 0.20mm speed settings. I printed it in Prusament Orange.</p>
