I would like to prezent to you an assembly machine that mounts five types of PCB inside their specific housings. It automatically detects which model is in work and does not allow the mixture between parts. It has all the safety elements (safety barriesr/sensors). in case the operator enters the safety zone during the assembling process, the machine stops automatically. You can have a better vew by opening the 3D model (*pdf file) - the conversion is not too good (some components are moved from the original place and some are incomplete) bug it is ok for a general idea.
