Trying to improve on a design I came across that didn't print well without soluble supports. This still needs supports but cleanup is pretty simple. Provided STLs have a 26mm finger ring ID and 12mm pen ring ID. SCAD file is easily modified for the diameters of the sleeves and angle of the pen sleeve, note that you need 2016+ version of OpenSCAD to support some functions or your sleeves won't have a split in them.
