The Aster live steam locomotive BR86 was released in 1987. This basic gauge 1 (1:32, 45 mm) model is a fine performer and well build. The only thing letting it down are the missing "Staukasten" (lockers)' at the rear under the tender. On the right side the cover, hinges and locks are simulated. The one on the left is modified to contain a switch, LED and charging connector for the installed RC components. Please feel free to mirror the other side and have two simulated lockers.
