ASTRA MK II is beyond visual range Air to Air missile (under development as of 2017) the speculated range of the missile would be 125 km-150 against 80-100km Mk I variant there is very little information available to public domain about this missile. the missile would be powered by pulse jet rocket motor (solid fuel ) with a on board seeker and strong immune to ECCM (electronic counter-counter measure up graded one) all movable tail fin(which gives a 30 g turns ). as of now mk I performed best against ECCM. mk II system hopefully will have more stronger ECCM measures
