An Arduino is used to control speed of the screw to maintain constant angular velocity. Uses a 28BYJ-48 so can be driven by a 5V USB power supply. The bottom quick release plate is the same dimensions as the Vanguard QS-36 QR plate. An Arca-Swiss dovetail is coming up. See project page for details. Hardware: M4 nuts and bolts, 1/4in nuts and bolts, 28BYJ-48 stepper and controller, Arduino Uno (nano should work), 608ZZ bearing, R188 bearing, 6702RS bearing, M8 axis or rod(That will fit inside 608ZZ bearing. If you are like me and can't find one that fits, a printable option is provided.)
