Due to my wide head the headband cushions clipped out of place. This thing is designed with Freecad 19 and works for my 4. gen Astro a50 Headphones. Issues: - After 4 Months of usage the plastic wobbled around so much that it left scratches behind. Maybe they are fixable by protecting the headphones with black insulation tape. For me scratches are fine. - Another thing I experienced is: maybe the fit of the stl is too tight. In the beginning my headphones weren't aligned when on the head (if you look into a mirror and tilt your head forewards, the headband wasn't horizontal). I am not sure if thats a mistake by astro or the clip. But that fade away and I can't reproduce that. I had the inspiration for this Thing from this one: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4078565 but I had PLA which is not bendable and my slicer didnt like the stl. Maybe using Petg or any other more rubber-like material fixes the issue with the scratches.
