AstroTech AT65EDQ / Teleskop-Express ATO65Q adapter for NEMA-17 stepper motors. This may work with other AstroTech and This was put together to support ArduFocus on all of my scopes after a successful first test on a different telescope. My solution used Droftart's parametric pulley OpenSCAD files to generate the 70-tooth GT2 pulley that I slip over the existing focuser knob. You will need to replace the factory M3 screws with longer screws to get purchase on the factory mount. With a 20T pulley on the stepper you'll get 0.02mm per step which should be fine enough.
