This is a Mounting Kit for a 4 Pole Female 3.5mm headphone jack, to solder into a Composite Video Mod, intended to replace the Atari 7800's RF modulator. The idea is, instead of drilling holes into your 7800, you would replace the RF Modulator with this and use a 3.5mm Video Cable like the ones for old Camcorders, for the video. It does a pretty good job for what it is. I will link the items needed in order to assemble this kit. 1) Mod Kit. You will need a soldering Iron anyways so I am linking the DIY kit, this seller has a pre-assembled kit as well. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Atari-2600-7800-Composite-Video-Mod-Upgrade-Kit-DIY/302507117735?hash=item466ed44ca7:g:lyAAAMXQnYJRANC5:rk:1:pf:0 2) 4 Pole Stereo Female Plug. This is for the output, and should work with this model https://www.ebay.ca/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=m570.l1313&_nkw=3.5mm+4+Pole+Stereo+Female+Plug&_sacat=0 3) 3.5mm to Stereo AV cables This is a random one I found on eBay for cheap https://www.ebay.ca/itm/AUX-Male-3-5mm-to-3-RCA-AV-Audio-Video-Male-Converter-Cable-TV-Cord-Adapter-Wire/253474042725?hash=item3b043af365:g:C1YAAOSwcGBan4DU:rk:2:pf:0 This is what I bought off of Amazon https://www.amazon.ca/Seadream-Adapter-Stereo-Extension-3-3Feet/dp/B06XNMVLNZ/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1548620484&sr=8-2&keywords=3.5mm+AV+cables ------Assembly-------- 1) Assemble the Mod. I've made a video about this bellow, however if you would like a more focused Video the8BitGuy does an excellent video too. JUST DON'T DRILL HOLES INTO YOUR SYSTEM 2) Remove the RF Modulator 3) Place the Female Jack into Mod Kit and use a Glue to hold the 2 pieces together Hot glue works great 4) Place the mod Kit into the solder holes where the RF modulator was and melt the legs into place. If they break reprint your model and try again or just glue it in place 5) Reassemble you should be good at this point (unless you didn't test it along the way)
