This GOTEK mount moves the screen and replicates the 2 buttons to the top of the Atari ST. This also relocates the 9-Pin DSUB ports to the rear of the machine for easier access. Use 2x M3x8mm bolts to screw the retainer to the rear of the control bezel. This bar holds the 2x 6mm tactile switches in place along with the screen. I cut the required hole in the top vents with a dremel and used 2-part Epoxy to fix the bezel. For the Ports i used 2x Male and 2x Female 9pin dsub ports soldered pin to pin with ribbon cable. Whwn cutting the ST casing be careful with the cleanup / deburring as the vents will be quite fragile once you cut through them. Cleanup will be required as the casing (ABS ??) tends to fluff up after using the dremel. For the floppy case cutting i simply "squared off" the rear of the ST floppy port and took approx 10x10mm rom the bottom left as you look at it to accomodate the left hand button. I would recommend printing the main frame and assembling into the ST bare to get a good idea of where to cut 1st. I applied the Epoxy carefully to the back of the bezel on the vertical faces only as the top flange is there to cover any imperfections.
