ATEM - 40mm Fan Mount

Firstly, Thanks toYulu (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2260116) for making a 40mm fan cover. I resigned it to 3 wide and then made it fit the ATEM TV heatsink since I was having the odd problem with reliability when it was running for long periods. Initially I just had the fan sit on top but now it's in a 4u box I can't get away with that! 1 fan worked well enough for me but rather than having to redo it I just made it to hold 1-3 fans so if I need another fan I can just add one. 3D printers are great :)
