Athena, so-called Athena Farnese is a Roman copy of a Greek original presumably made 430 B.C. (circle of Phidias) and dedicated by Pericle on the Athen’s Acropolys in occasion of the plague. It is a white marble sculpture situated in Museo Archeologico Nazionale of Naples.
