Tumbler gears and change gears for the Atlas 10" lathe. All gears were designed with a 20 degree pitch angle. The 60 tooth gear was redesigned 9/26/13. I had the wrong pitch diameter for the old one, if you downloaded the older version please replace it with the latest version. The white gears are the natural Taulman 618 color. The black gears were printed in the natural color then dyed black with Rit dye. Instructions Gears were drawn in Google Sketchup using the involute gear add on and the STL export plug in. I will be adding more gears as I make them. The gears are flat on one side and may need a spacer. Job files were created with Slic3r. Material is Taulman 618 nylon you can get it here www.taulman3d.com Nylon runs quiet and needs no lubrication. Print temperature for 618 set at 240 C.
