Atmel ICE programmer enclosure

This is yet another Atmel ICE enclosure design. It will accommodate the Atmel ICE PCBA assembly which require only 4 flat head countersunk screws (m2x10) and some adhesive to fully assemble. I have to give credit to "JRodrigo" where much of the inspiration for doing this came from - Be sure and check out his version. Thanks dude! All the measurements came from a real Atmel Ice programmer. Yes, I purchased one just to do the measurements. Some simplifications and some added features like the fill-in between the pin headers and top graphic depicting the product name "ICE" (I don't know why Atmel/Microchip would not have included something like this, but whatever...) and a solid inside top part so it can be printed with the graphic details up hence not requiring any additional/wasted supporting material on the inside to break away after printing is complete. Also, the holes for the indicator openings were made rectangular similar to the size and shape of the smd LEDs on the PCB, then chamfered top and bottom for easy viewing. This version (v2) also has a pocket relief for the pin header connectors on the back side of the pcb.
