I print using PETG, PLA might deform around the logo. I've not done any testing to generate a max heat output. I do recommend stick-on feet to bottom of the case to allow air flow to the bottom of the board. My thanks to the Fusion360 team at Autodesk for their fine design tool. The attached .f3d file can be used to make modification.
