The top part needs to be printet at 99% scale in order to have some tolerances to snap it in. Genius design - saves a lot of money and improves cooling and handling with the Ninja V a lot!! Thanks a lot to the creator cannikin. I added the Atomos logo to the top and redesigned the screw pattern to Sandisk 500GB SSD's. I also added ventilation holes for the chip that needs cooling. After you are done assembling, simply use some thick viscosity CA to seal all gaps. I bought Sandisk Ultra 500GB for this project as it is a good size for daily video production. It covers around 1-1:30h of ProRes at 4k 50 fps and takes around 20 minutes full speed transfer to dump the footage. In short: Not too much to lose, not too much for it to take forever to backup. You need to peel of the white sticker at the back and remove four screws. After that, you can simply pull apart the 2,5° ssd housing and extract the tiny SSD PCB. It should fit my design perfectly and you can use three of the original screws to secure it in place.
