ATV Twist Throttle (Anti Thumb Fatigue)

This is an Anti Fatigue Throttle for an ATV (All Terrain Vehicle). You can use it as a twist throttle similar to a motorcycle if you want or you can rotate it out of the way and use the traditional thumb throttle. The Print has 2 pieces, an inner sleeve and an outer throttle. There is a notch on the right side which acts as a keeper so the two pieces interlock with each other. This is meant to install directly over the rubber handlebar grip. 1. The Inner sleeve is sized at 1.25" ID. My actual handlebar grip was 1.28" OD. This fits tight so it wont slide around. but it also makes it more difficult to install. 2. The throttle grip is 4.50" long. 3. To install the inner sleeve, I used a wedge (Chisel) to spread apart the gap to make it easier to install. this is the most difficult piece to install. 4. The outer sleeve slips on relatively easy and locks in place once the notch is engaged. 5. This is a throttle that you will want to leave on once installed. I attached the Solidworks 3D files in case anyone wants to make adjustments to fit their needs..
