ATX Power Supply Caddy

ATX Power Supply Caddy

thingiverse

This is a caddy for an old PC ATX power supply. I needed a beefy 12V power supply and found an old ATX unit. The power supply fits in the hole exacty, and then pushes down to be retained by a lip, the wires from the power supply can be left intact and tucked above the power supply. The power supply I had was an old format, this holder will need modification for a newer style power supply, as the air flow in mine is front to back, rather than the new ones which go top to side. It took a long time to print, and the layer shift you see in mine was due to it hitting something during printing, it's not part of the model. I messed up a little with the positioning of the cut outs for the power leads (rear lip), but it still fits OK. Had to rotate the model 45 degrees to get it to fit on a 20x20cm build platform (just fits).
