I designed these to fill the bumper holes and delete the useless headlight washer caps after installing a FMIC. I installed from inside the bumper with a bead of plastic epoxy and used body filler on outside of bumper and sanded smooth. It's a pretty close fit. Great if you are wrapping or respraying your bumper and want to get right of the useless caps like I did.
