These are Audi Q3 8U Underbody Plug Bungs, Part No. 8U0825961 & 8U0825962. There are two designs :- 3 piece & 2 piece. Print as per your liking. I used M6 bolt with Square nut, you can use other shape nut by fixing it in top part using export putty or something like that. 3 Piece design - 1)- Top part (common) 2)- Lower part (different for left & right) 3)- Plates (different for left & right) 2 Piece design - 1)- Top part & cap (common) 2)- Lower plates (different for left & right) Tip : 1)Use longer bolt & slightly screw top part before installing. 2) In 3 Piece design, Slight heat screws used to mount lower plate and after heating screw them in lower part before installation in car.
