Audi S4 B5 washer cap

A friend asked me if i can create a new Washer cap for his Audi. Turned out that he has one of the caps but it was broken. Got the source and started to draw it in Fusion 360. In the middle of the process found out that the whole washer cap is not even symetrical. You can't do it with straight lines so need to be drawn more precisely . Turned out that there was a model here in thingivers, but its not even close to the original design. This one is almost as identical as the original cap . You still need to use sand paper and maybe some filler but it as a good one. Print it , sand it , paint it. Use a super glue to glue the support bracket to the cap. Will do another design with a single peice cap once it is positioned in the car _v2 Design added as single piece. You can see how the caps are polished and painted. Still need a picture when they are fitted on the car Final review : it worked
