Audio Module Case

I decided to make the Marvin the Martian model for my step-son (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4913755). But to make it more interesting, I thought I would put Marvin on a stand and add some sound effects. I found a simple product that would allow me to find Marvin the Martian clips from the internet and load them onto a self contained board and speaker and that uses a push button to play the clips one at a time. You can find the product here: https://invitebyvoice.com/collections/multiplay-recordable-sound-module/products/multiplay-push-button-recordable-sound-chips. There are two variations on the push button module I chose - one that can be put inside a greeting card, and one that is light activated. Just download audio files to them and you're done! So I designed a base for Marvin that would house the playback device. I designed a small module that can be 3D printed to house the electronics and that would slide into the base (see pictures). The playback device has four basic parts (it comes all wired together) - the audio board itself, the speaker, the battery and the push button. There's an exploded view of the module showing the various parts and how they fit together. The top of the module has two brass M2.5x4mm threaded inserts that can be put into the top by using a regular soldering iron. Two M2.5 flat headed screws secure the module bottom to the top. Otherwise, there is no hardware. The On/Off Slider and Volume Slider are captured between the Audio Board Housing and the Audio Module Case Top. This allows them to slide to operate. The top and bottom of the module act as a "clam shell" to keep the four parts of the playback module from moving. There's a picture showing the actual 3D printed module open so you can see the parts placement. Included in the .stl files are two versions of the Audio Module. One has "rails" that correspond to a rail on the base (I didn't include the .stl file for the base). The other version has no rails, so could be used in a standalone mode.
