I like and used the fix design in https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3219753 for repairing my headphones, but found that the thicker portion of the pivot shove could have gone up further to avoid more slop and wiggling This bushing slides down to extend that portion to take up that slop. Install with the with wide end towards the ear cup. Also of not is if you have issue with the rest of the parts not closing fully, on newer M40X model it seems you need to cut off the two ears beside the screw tab for the fix to work right. Also: #Fix your fucking shit thingiverse, I can't fucking mark this as a remix.
