This is a vinyl records stabilizer, the weight is set at about 200 grams, with five hollow tube can place heavy materials. I use movable 4.5mm steel ball that allows centrifugal force rotation to achieve dynamic balance . Bottom can use high-density foam or other soft material like wool felt 3mm thickness. Top can place a decorative panel 2mm thickness. You can create your own favorite designs and materials. The center hole should be 0.286 inch (7.2644 mm).
