Aurora A3 extruder cable chain termination

This is a hybrid of Claghorn's open cable chain using his end link and Zpbruno's extruder mount V1. I modified the two files so that my original top termination could be completed. As of now this file is untested so I suggest if you print it using a raft and support everywhere. It's a complex model so be careful when removing the support material. Please send me feedback on the design if you try it. Still technically a work in progress as I have yet to get a chance to print it and test it.
