This is a Aus3D IR Probe 1.4 holder for the multi-color Diamond hotend with adjustable height. Materials and tools needed: A taper for M3 0.5 to thread the holes for the slider and the IR probe support Copper wire 1.26 mm in diameter (AWG 16) One M3 .050 x 16 or 20 mm long. About 2mm from the screw head you will need to file a circular grove that will serve to lock the screw in place with two piece of copper wire in the small holes on each side of the slider screw. Trim the wires to surface of holder. Two M3 .050 x 8 or 10 mm long to secure the sensor on the holder. Place some Teflon tape on the slider surface for a smooth ride and tighten tolerance. Print with a 0.15 mm layer thickness. Use a low shrinkage High temperature plastic preferably. Make sure that no support get between gills like space and inside holes.
