You can make cosmetic repair parts for your ride.</p><p>You can also use the part as a mold for Body Putty or Fiberglass, or Simple apply the part and be done. You can also use a Heat Gun to make it more body conforming, if needed. This is the beauty of this part and process.&nbsp;</p><p>Mirror the part for symmetry applications, like fender flares to cover fender rust holes. (Both sides look the same.)&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The Process: &nbsp;(What To Do)</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Take a photo straight on of your vehicle's damage or rust.</p><p>Put a measuring stick / ruler to be able to gage size to modeler.</p><p><br>Import photo and size match image in modeler to ruler in photo</p><p>Remember maximum size of your print bed. Import photo and trace outline.</p><p>Extrude to decent thickness 3-4 mm. layout on print bed.</p><p>Print using PETG or ABS to survive temperatures.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I have my panels exterior face is down on a smooth bed but could be done on a textured bed .&nbsp;</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Screw, rivet or glue to vehicle. &nbsp;</p><p>NOW YOUR PART WILL NOT EVER RUST! &nbsp;</p><p>Here are &nbsp;your custom body repair panels.</p><p>People will probably ask you about it and you can promote 3D printing and Prusa Printers!</p><p>I included Fusion 360 files for you to look at, measure &nbsp;study to design you own custom parts.&nbsp;</p><p>I hope you enjoy and this extends the life of your transportation.</p><p>Do NOT use for structural supports or load bearing panels.&nbsp;</p><p>For Cosmetic &nbsp;USE ONLY.</p>
