Autoclave reactor

Autoclave reactor

thingiverse

My first design after acquiring a 3D printer… Being a chemical engineer, I reckoned that I should model a reactor of sorts and produced this design using Fusion. Although the legs are a bit skinny and the flanges do not match the reactor's "pressure rating", I wasn't too disappointed with the result. It would make an awesome nerdy beer glass (in which case it is advisable to plug the bottom drain). The lid can be screwed down using printed M6x20 nuts and bolts that can be found elsewhere on Thingiverse. I suggest to use a tree support to prevent the vessel's legs becoming encased in scaffolding (which is what I obtained using default Cura settings).
