Automated Assembly Machine (insert)
This equipment automates the assembly process of automotive components. When an operator loads a component (brass cup) into the jig, the turntable indexes to perform the assembly of the rubber and internal piston, internal grease dispensing, and final assembly. To support a wide range of models, model-specific jigs are interchangeable, and the system is configured to supply and assemble the exact corresponding parts for each model.
