EDIT: I was asked to modify the design to have slots at the ends, which makes sense :) now included in the file. This is a case I made for the Optocoupler on my CR-10s and Ender 2. I used the ebay parts listed below and the great load of information out there and fitted this as a direct comparable to the EZABL kit, Don't get me wrong, that kit is AMAZING, but part of the thrill of this hobby is making things myself (or with lots of help from friends). Anyway this case fits perfectly on the CR-10 models and I used the same for my Ender 2, but obviously only used two fixing sposts, I was going to make another for the Ender, but this worked so well I didn't bother.
