Automating a Desktop Trash Can Using Servo and Ultrasonic Range Sensor with Arduino Uno, Nano, or Pro Mini as Controller. Printed in multiple parts for easy printing and assembly, the system utilizes original servo parts attached to a printed lever via glue. The detachable bin ensures effortless cleaning. The system employs a lever to convert circular motion from the servo into linear movement (actuation). In the latest iteration, the ultrasonic range sensor box is mounted on an upper support, accompanied by cable management around the bin for improved organization. Updated Features: - A new upper support with an attached ultrasonic sensor box, featuring a channel slot for cable management and bottom lighting. This enhancement boosts the reliability of the ultrasonic sensors. - An updated Bottom Support, widened to increase sturdiness.
