Automation machine, to pick up and deposit beer bottles to the shipping boxes. It consist in two conveyors and a moving gripper head. It is equipped with a pneumatic system to open/close the grippers, an electrical system to move the head, and a PLC controller with an HMI to control the automation process.All the design was done in imperial (U Custom System) units.The stp file is over 200Mb, so be aware that contains a large amount of parts and sub-assemblies.i am in the process of doing the 2D manufacturing drawings.https://pablogalindos.wixsite.com/portfolio
