Autopsy Table / Medical Experiment

Autopsy Table / Medical Experiment

thingiverse

Short Version: Autopsy table / medical experiment for Warhammer 40K. Does not require supports but will require assembly (STL of full assembly is for reference only). Scale all parts to 90% when slicing. Rotate Base (PT3) by 90 degrees. Long Verison: Print this as separate parts and then assemble afterwards with glue (tool arms are a nightmare). I have attached an STL of the full assembly. I have not tried to print it as a full assembly but if you are a 3D printing wizard (or really enjoy support removal) its probably possible. I sliced in Cura and printed using an Ender 3. When slicing I scaled all parts in Cura to 90% (although mine always says 90,000%, any pointers on why would be appreciated). I printed all my parts using rafts with a 2mm margin and with a bed temp of 60. For the Body+Table (PT1) I used Fat Dragon Games profile which can be found for free on their website. I have also attached my gcode for PT1 (for those who have Ender 3's). For the Arc Stand (PT2) and Base (PT3) I used Cura's Super Quality setting. For the base I rotated it by 90 Degrees (so the dials on the side of the base are facing upwards). The gear teeth in the base don't print otherwise. For the Tool Arms (PT4) I again used the Fat Dragon Games profile (gcode again attached). Total print time for me was around 2hrs 4min. If you do print this would love to know what you think. The tool arms are a nightmare to attach so feel free to come up with something better. My STL image files always look really blurry on Thingiverse also, if anyone knows how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Post a make if possible, I need the validation of strangers.
